Help shape what we build next

Send feedback sits under Help in the sidebar. Choose whether you are reporting a problem or sharing an idea, write up to 2,000 characters, and send it. A problem can carry one screenshot, a PNG, JPEG or WebP file under 5 MB.

Your report brings the details we would otherwise have to ask you for: the page you were on, the app version, your browser and system, your lab and plan, and your language and time zone. Open "What we send with this" in the dialog to see the full list before you send. Item names, amounts and storage locations never go with a report.

If a report does not go through, the dialog keeps what you wrote so you can try again.

Billing that follows your head count

Team and Lab plans include a number of people, and each person beyond that is $7 a month. Billing settings now show the sum: how many people are in your lab, how many the plan includes, and what the extra people add.

Signing up with Google starts your account in your browser's language and time zone.
